I use it everyday to remove makeup and impurities, it really does the job well. It foams up nicely and gently removes everything leaving the skin feeling fresh and clean! I first started using it when I had some dark blemishes on my chin that weren't going away and after a week of using this they were completely gone and my skin is pretty much blemish free (aside from the few hormonal/stress pimples). I instantly fell in love with the delicate yummy fragrance and the moisturising capabilities of the product. I have been searching high and low for a face wash that can address my problem skin (prone to break-outs once a month), but that would not dry out my already dry skin. I was standing in front of the shelf at DisChem, staring at all the options, when my eye caught the Deep Cleansing Facial Wash from African Extracts Rooibos. I decided there and then to give it a try. Here are my thoughts: 1) I love the colour of the product and the see through tube. 2) When you open the tube, the most amazing soft yummy delicious fragrance engulfs your senses. 3) You wet your face and literally only have to squeeze out a pea size amount. It lathers and foams extremely effectively. 4) I love the feel of the product on my face, both while using and after use. 5) Afterwards my face feel extremely clean without feeling dry and the skin is not tight as with other facial washes. 6) Their claims on the product not disturbing your skin's natural pH levels must be true, as my skin never felt better. 7) Although they have a range directed at addressing problem skin issues (Purifying range), which I intend to try out as well, I have not experienced a single break-out since I have been using this product. Singing Hallelujah and doing a happy dance!!!! This is AMAZING in my world! 8) Lastly the PRICE is also most enticing at R42.95 for 150ml. FINAL THOUGHTS: This is now my NEW FAVOURITE face wash and I will recommend it to all skin types. In future I will keep an eye open for all the other African Extracts Rooibos products. Then I saw the African Extracts Rooibos Deep Cleansing Facial Wash and I just had to try it. I loved the fact that it contained the anti-oxidants, and especially wanted to test out based on that. It most definitively smells divine - a mixture of tea and honey! The product foams nicely and cleans away most of the make-up and impurities. What impressed me the most was that it didn't leave my skin feeling dry/ tight. I bought it at Spar and it was under R30. Not a bad deal!
