It does dry on the face in under 60 seconds. Doesn't always spray an even mist though, some sprays come out finer then others. It doesn't cause breakouts. It has a strong smell similar to hairspray when first sprayed which I don't particularly like, and it makes me concerned as to how much chemicals I am putting on my face. I don't love the packaging of this spray, it has a bit too much of a "cheap", "home-made" feel to it, with a price that doesn't match. It is still cheaper then a lot of the other brands of setting sprays out there at the moment. After I've done my make up, I spray some on.. Not alot, just a few sprays... It dries in seconds and keeps my make up in place for the entire day.. Even during humid days. Besides this, it aslo adds a glowing effect to my look. A bottle of this can last a long time because of how little is needed, so it makes the Price well worth it.
