It is even better than some shampoos that I have tried. When I use this moisturising co-wash, I know that my hair is not being stripped off it's natural oils. If anything, this cleanser helps to put back some of the moisture as it cleans up. I particularly like that it contains apple cider vinegar (ACV) because it cuts out an extra step in my regimen and I don't end up with that vinegar smell lol. This saves me time and money.
