This product contains VitaNiacin and is part of Olay's total effects range that promises to treat the 7 signs of aging. The instructions are to use morning and evening in conjunction with the toner and a day and night moisturiser in the total effects range. I am not too sure of the price as I got this in my goodie bag, but I think its around R50,00 and can be bought from most supermarkets, Clicks etc.
