Ted Lapidus
Ted Lapidus was a fashion designer who made unisex fashion and blue denim jeans become more popular in the 1960s. From there, he began to also make accessories as well as fragrances.
In 1970, Ted Lapidus collaborated with L’Oreal to create his first fragrance. The first Ted Lapidus fragrance was for men and called Vu. It was released in 1975 and is still available today. Since then, a variety of men’s and women’s fragrances have been released.
