Spring is officially here and Johannesburg couldn't be more in bloom and beautiful. I recently reviewed some makeup from Avon. You know when things make a good difference to your everyday look, when other people notice and tell you about it. I tried out the saultry Crushed Orchid Eyshadow (light purple and a smokey dark purple), Warm Glow Eyeshadow(shimmering light highlighting colour and a warm shimmery brown) and a Apple Cinnamon Lip Gloss(Light red colour). The colours were light and shimmery enough for day use and the darker eye shadows were even better for the night! The smokey has been re-invented with this dark purple colour and was great for a different take on the smokey eye. My friends at work noticed immediately and advised that these colours made my dark brown eyes pop. So I know this kit does what it says. The easy application brush is simple enough for the super hectic girl that has exactly 60 seconds to apply makeup before heading out the door. You can not go wrong with the application brush shaped especially for contoring the corner of your eyes. Finish of with a dark eye liner and a good mascara and you will be turning heads with your saultry eyes.
