It seems too good to be true. But it is true! I use this foot spray whenever I wear closed shoes like pumps or sneakers to prevent foot odours. It also prevents your feet from getting sweaty and gross so perfect in your gym bag too. You hold the can about 15 cm away from your foot. You can either spray directly on your foot, or you can spray into your shoe. I prefer spraying onto my shoe. My feet do not get sweaty and weird and I feel it also prevents foot infections like athletes foot because it always keeps your feet dry.
