Avon always has these on specials so I end up picking them up. They are one of the most reliable eyeliners I have ever owned. You never have to worry about it smudging or disappearing. The eyeliner is really soft and applies easily. It also comes in a variety of colors.
I know that when I put this on in the morning, I won't have to check some time during the day to see if it still there or if it has smudged.
Definitely a good investment and I recommend it to anyone
