The application was easy and smooth,however I had to apply many times to actually see a vivid black colour.I used it on my hand first and then on my eyes to open the colour more.I found that this eyeliner is not so good to apply over eyeshadow. Different than the glimmerstick this eyeliner must be applied under eyeshadow or with no eyeshadow at all.The other side of the pencil is a smudgier that you uses to smudge it up giving it a smokey effect.I found that it worked well after I smudged and blended nicely with the eyeshadow. However if you are looking for a more defined line I would stick to the glimmerstick "Blackest Black". It did work well in my eyes waterline and the colour was very vivid.Only over eyeshadow it was very weak. I will stand by all AVON products,but this one was a bit disappointing when it came to colour and definition.I expect an eyeliner to have effect in the first application. ]]> Mon, 16 Sep 2013 17:59:41 +0000
