She was extremely apologetic so I decided to take it after her showing me how to use it . What Avon claims this products does : 1. illuminates with a light diffusing technology 2. Enhances to make eyes look wider 3. Conceals dark circles ,shadows and discolorations Immediately after trying this on I noticed how bright and radiant my eye area looked. My eyes did appear wider and brighter. This is a multipurpose illuminator and I was shown how when to apply it on my brow bone ,bridge of nose and chin for a glowing look. Its great for highlighting cheek bones and for defining the lip area. I use it under foundation although my Avon rep insists I don't need foundation. It covers dark showers up a bit but you would still need a concealer so that's what this product doesn't deliver completely. I Love how using this helps contour my face making it look thinner lol .. The products has its own applicator so its pretty easy to use. A very liquidly feeling to it and it blends into the skin nicely, i used my fingers and my concealer brush. It does illuminate and brighten somewhat! It does not brighten or cover up dark circles. I had to apply a lot of product to see any form of cover up. If you are not prone to dark circles then this is prefect. I do not think its worth the purchase since it does not work for its actual target market which is dark under eyes and people who want to highlight and add a glow. Best to use as a highlighter, on the nose, top lip and cheekbones yes, but as an under eye illuminator i would not recommend this product to brighten dark circles. Overall I will not be repurchasing this product, I gave mine to my step-sister and she uses it in conjunction with a cc cream to highlight her top lip, brow bone and chin. she does not apply it to her under eyes. ]]> Mon, 04 Aug 2014 16:57:12 +0000
