But lets start at the beginning. Its got such an eye-catching packaging and you cant help but to want to take it and look at the metallic packaging, its super sexy! The helix brush is amazing and applies the mascara like a pro, separating each lash and building the volume with every stroke. I love the big brush and what it does for my lashes. It gives great volume and length!!! The application is smooth and not at all clumpy. I get the "are those your own lashes??" question quite often. #whichilove #flattered However...it doesn't give that dark black effect I love. And my lashes tends to loose some volume after the 8 hours of my working day. But it's a great mascara for the price. YES YES YES. It gives my lashes tons of volume which I love, but it does not provide much length. The brush is ginormous and the bristles are hard. I poked myself a few times :( The formula is quite thick and I found that it dried out pretty fast. It is pretty affordable, but you will not get 3 months of use out of this one. I bought this on an Avon monthly sale a while ago and have been repurchasing it ever since. This mascara is silky soft and glides on super easily. It defines and lengthens lashes by about 60%. I don't have the waterproof version and it still stays on all day without having to reapply. It does not dry out my lashes at all. AND it's affordable as it costs way less than other drugstore brands. It just lengthens lashes, doesn't add that much volume. So overall its a great lengthening mascara.
