The texture of Badger's Evolving Body Balm is soft and buttery, it melts into your skin. This honey-coloured balm has a comforting scent of lavender and chamomile. I used it on my face, specifically on the under eye area. I try not to put anything with harsh chemicals under my eyes, so this balm was ideal. It made the delicate skin under my eyes feel instantly smoother and softer.
I love that this balm is so multi-functional. It can be used to soothe dry skin, as a foot and elbow cream, eye gel, soothing skin salve, lip balm and body moisturizer. It's also safe to use anywhere.
The old-fashioned tin reminds one of the traditional remedies our grandmother's used when they were young. The tin isn't easy to open, and the balm inside is solid - so it will make a great non-spilling travel companion.
The balm is best used at night, as it leaves an oily residue. A very wholesome and nourishing product. This small tin serves so many purposes. I only wish it were available from mainstream stores.
