The main ingredient in the rehydrating balm is be wax, which is meant to nourish skin and make skin feel soft to the touch. I have the re-hydrating balm for the body and face, which has a sweet lavender scent, which isn't too overwhelming, but quite subtle. During my first use I applied the balm to my legs after shaving, it turned out to be quite soothing for my burning legs, however it left my legs with a greasy feel afterwards. It smells great but it leaves your skin oily and shiny. I am all for natural South African products and I love honey. I received Bee Natural Rich Rehydrating Face Balm in August last year as part of a RubyBox. It smells great so I wanted to try it. Alas it was so solid I didn’t have enough to apply to my whole face before giving up as too much effort. A couple of months later with warmer temperatures I thought I’d give it another try. As with lip balms, it had softened and application was much easier. However I found it too heavy for summer as my skin is left feeling oily and shiny.
