As it absorbs directly into the skin + gives it a matt finish, it acts as a primer as well - so there's NO NEED to have to additionally add a primer under your foundation as well. I had the most amazing glow, and found that even with training twice a day, my skin never broke out into a few oily patches (which usually occur on my forehead and cheeks).
