I also have adult acne mostly on the lower half of my face. I used this product religiously for 2 months and saw no difference. I was promised decreased sebum production and less breakouts but I find that I still have daily breakouts and the redness on my skin is still pretty bad. I also find that my skin is quite dry after using this and have to apply a bit more moisturiser. On the pro side however, my spots are slightly smaller than before and slightly less painful as well. I only wish I’d known about this product back then! Luckily my skin has semi sorted itself out but during, “that time of the month,” I always experience a pimple of two on my chin and around my mouth. So this product was a total heaven send. The formula is not too thick nor thin and glides onto the skin beautifully. I applied a small amount onto my whole chin area after cleansing my face in the morning and night and waited a few seconds for it to sink in. It absorbed quickly and didn’t leave a film on my skin. I applied my moisturiser as normal and waited for the product to work its magic. And work it, it did! After one day my pimples had reduced significantly without irritating my sensitive skin.
