Until I managed to get used to it and learned how to apply it I wasn't happy with. Now that I understand how it's best applied I love the dramatic look it creates. It looks great on my long lashes :) The packaging is nothing special really, just another mascara bottle. I find this formula to be actually be flexible as what they say, I can apply a few coats in the morining and apply again in the evening without my lashes feeling dry and clumpy.
