The powder helps to seal in the creamy concealor. This works very well on days that I have dark circles under my eye. It even works well to cover up dark spots on my face. The packaging is really cute, with the powder compartment underneath the cream. its really slick :) Its small and compact, great to keep in your purse, except that there is not storage space for the small sponge.
