This eye pencil is soft yet still firm enough to hold a precise line. The colour is gorgeously bright and vibrant whether I apply it to the waterline or the lashline. I've yet to test out the waterproof abilities but it does not fade through the day and comes off easily with a cotton bud and a good makeup remover. All in all, it's exactly what I was looking for and it brings out my brown eyes perfectly. It literally lasts all day and doesn’t smudge. The only quality I didn’t like about this eyeliner was the glitter pieces in it. It looks great and all, and adds an extra sparkle to your makeup look, but I ended up looking like a disco ball at the end of the day. Even when I washed the eyeliner off, the glitter pieces stayed on my face, which was annoying. On a better note, I love how easy it is to apply this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and effortlessly.
