There was a variety they had with a built in soap! This one however doesn't have one! Apply cleanser and a bit of water! Squeeze repeatedly to encourage the lather to spread and begin in slow soft gentle motions! I have sensitive skin that gets red easily, so I don’t use this sponge every day. I usually use it only 2-3 times of the week with a cleanser to exfoliate and deep cleanse my skin. You can re-use this sponge a couple of times before you need to dispose it. If you’re using it 2-3 times a week like I am, you can use it for 1-2 months, depending on your own preferences. I especially like using this sponge after a night out, when I’ve applied quite heavy makeup and want to ensure that all traces of makeup is removed.
