I use the Aunt Jackies Detangling Theraphy on my wash days I either mix a bit of it into my conditioner and finger comb my hair or I apply it on its own straight after shampooing and combing out my hair is a breeze. Before I started using this product it would take me close to 30 minutes just to comb out the knots in my hair and half my hair would end up on the comb or blocking the shower drain. Since using the Aunt Jackies Detangling Theraphy I have absolutely no more hair breakage during combing, my hair is manageable on wash days and easy to style. It didn't work well in aiding the removal of knots on my 4C hair but it did remove from my 4A/B hair. It definitely did provide a 'slip' to my hair making it a little easier to detangle but not anything amazing. I am not sure whether this product did not get the shine it deserves but I have been getting good results the two times I have used it. The colour of the product caught me off guard though lol, it's blue. It smells nice, not too strong and has a very creamy texture. On the bottle they say put a small amount and spread throughout the hair. I didn't follow that, I applied it on semi dry hair (spritzered it first) and my hair loved it and makes it soft as well. It does not shrink hair that much as it says it has an anti-shrinkage agent, that's a plus for me when I'm wearing my stretched hair out. I'll review it better when I've had prolonged use.
