So I appreciate the attention to detail given here. As I have combination skin, my t-zone tends to get rather oily throughout the day so I was a bit apprehensive about trying this particular product out. However the oil absorbed so quickly into my skin after application and left my skin feeling so supple and soft and not oily in the least. As far as the promise of hydration and moisture- these capsules 100% deliver. However I didn’t notice a massive difference to my skin. My experience Packaging This oil comes in capsules, another innovative way to preserve active ingredients. I love this type of packaging as this also ensures that you use the perfect amount of product, so no wastage. Scent There was something about this scent that had a whiff of a calming herb to it. I then had a look at the ingredients and realised that the rosemary extract leaf could be the reason for this. Texture This oil feels like a silicone but isn’t greasy at all. I love that it doesn’t feel too heavy on the skin and sinks in gradually. My thoughts I received 10 capsules and applied this after using the revival masque. I always use oil in my skincare regimen so I was excited to see how my skin would react to this one. I was super impressed because my skin looked plumper which means it definitely worked in terms of moisturising the skin. I can’t say that I’ve noticed a huge difference with the fading of the pigmentation of this one spot I have. However, these capsules were pleasantly surprising. My skin felt hydrated and soft after each use of this "liquid gold" but not greasy - WIN! I found the individual packaging brilliant - as someone studying pharmacy, I know how important it is to preserve active ingredients through packaging and felt that this definitely did this. They were easy to use/open and I found that I wasted very little product by being able to squeeze it all out of the capsule case. The oil absorbed very quickly and left my skin glowing. I alternated between night and morning applications depending on my schedule - I used the capsule in the morning if I was not wearing makeup that day and just staying at home. Whilst my skin felt soft and supple after each use, I did not see much difference in my skin texture. For this reason, I am not quite sure if the price point is worth it. With that being said, I did only use a capsule once every three or four days. Perhaps with extended daily use, the results would be clearer and more pronounced. Whilst I enjoyed the product, I am unsure if I would definitely buy it again. I will continue to use my remaining capsules and make my decision after using them all. I use them in conjunction with Environ's Revival Masque. I use one capsule over my entire face and neck before bed. I am able to use on capsule for my whole face and neck, with maybe a bit to spare. I find that the oil applies beautifully and absorbs quickly, so I don't have to worry about oil marks on my pillow if I go to bed straight after I apply it. My face feels softer and less dehydrated the next morning. But... do I think this product is worth the price? Perhaps. I think that you cannot fairly judge a product like this after so few applications. I think at least 30 capsules need to be used for a proper review of whether it is able to deliver on it's promises. I feel that the oil didn't reduce fine lines in the way it promised, and only provided adequate hydration (not exceptional results).
