It is very easy to hold with its easy grip handle. It is also very easy to use with clear instructions on the packaging. I don't know why but it does say it is unsafe for diabetic people to use. It is surprisingly gentle (I expected it to rusper my feet) and works well. If you hold it too long on one spot, you start to get a burning sensation though. It is a good investment for me because I will use it regularly since my heels get hard from wearing sandals in summer. However, I wasn't as blown away with the product as I thought I would be - for results you need to use it consistently and I assumed because it was electronic it would be much more efficient than it is. I also find that loud noise that it makes while it is on irritating and it annoys my pet dog, making him bark the whole time that it is on, although my other dog is unaffected by it. I definitely would have preferred a more quiet machine. So the application isn't bad or complicated but I find the waiting period a little too long for my liking, but who doesn't look for an excuse to relax for 2 hours? This product has Microgranules which get rid of all those dead skins cells that eventually take a toll on your skin. I noticed my skin feeling much softer and much smoother. This is also not badly priced. The only downfall to this is that the fragrance of the product really does not smell very good. The ingredients in this scrub include shea butter, sunflower oil, and wheat germ oil. The scent is nice and sweet and what sticks out to me is an almost vanilla/honey smell. This scrub leaves a slightly oily residue on your skin afterwards, but your skin feels amazingly soft. The scrub is tightly compacted and once you start digging you can really smell the sweet scents of honey and milk. It really melts into damp skin and feels course not but too rough on your skin. The reason I am saying this is because the foot scrub is a deep purple colour that is just so great to look at and use. The consistency is that of a very thick sugar paste that works very well at exfoliating and moisturising your feet. I find this works best on dry feet because the sugar granules dissolve quite quickly in water. The moisturing capabilities of the scrub are so good that it leaves your feet feeling moisturised enough to almost consider not putting foot cream on afterwards. The scent is also very pleasant, it's a subtle lavender smell that is not at all overwhelming and doesn't linger for too long on your feet. They contain natural ingredients which are high on the list (the higher the ingredient is listed the more of it there is in a product) and the brand is cruelty free. The are also quite affordable. This scrub is very effective. The scrubbing particles are very dense and at the same time feel so creamy. It does a great job taking off all the dead skin off my feet. I normally use it when I do my pedi foot soak. I apply some on both of my feet and rub them together (obviously you have to be seated to do that LOL). In the shower it can be applied on a loofah. What I absolutely adore about this product is how it refreshes tired feet. The tea tree and peppermint oil almost tingles a bit and brings such freshness to my feet. I swear it even improves blood circulation! I feel like my feet can breathe after this scrub! You don't need too much product to scrub so the tube lasts for some time. Fantastic product!
