This makeup palette has been a staple in my life for over a year. The packaging is pretty simple, plastic with a clear lid. The pop comes from the shadows you can see through. The texture of the shadows is buttery soft. They definitely last longer when you use a eyelid primer. So much so, that my sister was too, when she took mine and i had to repurchase another one of these beauties! Its small and cute, easily portable to fit into your bag, hassle free! The colours are highly pigmented, and are a nice mix of pinky/rose flush colours. Great for wanting to "step up" a muted nude colour to make it a little bit more GLAM! The colours are long wearing, especially if you prime your eyelids beforehand to ensure long lasting wear and no creasing. I love this palette and would recommend it to anyone on a tight budget. The range of colors are so gorgeous and ever so feminine. The gradient of shades are also perfect for a dual look, you could easily achieve a fresh day time eye with the first four shades and then a sultry warm evening look with the last two shades. I love that there are two matt shades, one slightly shimmery shade and the rest full shimmer, its not a full on disco ball of shades, but rather a sophisticated choice! A really nice brush is also included in the palette and great for on the go! The packaging too is sturdy, easy to open and I like that you can see the shades through the top cover. I’d have to say my favorite shade from the palette is the third from the left. Its a beautiful mix of taupe and rose with the perfect touch of shimmer, once again very flattering on blue or green eyes. I did a look using only this palette and paired it with almost a natural taupe grape nude lip. I thought it matched beautifully :) Over all this is a perfect rose palette, very feminine in my opinion and very flattering on the eyes. I will definitely get a lot of use from it and may even consider grabbing a second one as I am the ultimate warm tone, pink hued groupie. Romantic rose gold. I am basically using all of these products on a daily basis, but I find it hard to blend the dark maroon colour. It is highly pigmented, easy to apply and super blendable, the only problem I find with this palette is the fact that I have been experiencing a lot of fallout, both in the pan and under my eyes upon application. It is not a deal breaker for me, but my advise would be to keep your concealer and setting powder at hand to do the necessary touch ups after application.
