I'm not really sure if this product works or not, I didn't see much of a difference after having it on for two nights. It wasn't a crazy big pimple though, so maybe it'll work better on bigger ones? I don't know. I put it on another pimple on my chin last night and it does look a little better today, little smaller. I'm so glad I stumbled upon theses little miracle workers in Clicks the other day. I've bought it for my two teen boys which loved it and I also ended up sing it once or twice and man was I supersized. The pack consist of 4 pouches which have a strip with 12 patches on inside it. There are two sizes for either big or small blemishes. Each small little patch got a soft silicone touch to it . Its see through which is amazing since you can almost not see it on your face as you see on my pic, i had to turn towards the light so that it shines a bit otherwise I couldn't get it to show up on the foto. It is recommended that you use is during nighttime. And they really work. Last night I've placed one on a pimple that have being creeping up on me for the last few days now, those big swollen ones that you can't really open up. So I placed one of these patches and this morning it was almost all gone!! I'm impressed, I'm very impresses. Will have to go and get some more, think this time i'll get two packs.
