Ive always thought that the best way to splurge on high end makeup and skin moisturisers would be to skimp on things that you've on your face for 30 seconds and down the drain! Boy was i wrong!!!!! I develop allergic conjunctivitis fairly often and was told to either stop wearing eye makeup or wear suitable formulations! This formulation is incredibly gentle!
