It works ever time. Although it is somewhat drying (what nail polish is not) it never damages my nails. It basically stripped it of its natural moisture and was more prone to splitting. In my opinion, I find it hard to believe that any nail polish remover would nourish and condition nails, but this nail polish remover definitely does not dry my nails out, but it doesn’t nourish it either.
