My skin has been quite dry after I used Reacutan a few years ago to clear up some acne, so I was very excited to try this product out. The facial oil smells like those arometherapy oils that you get when you go to the spa. I quite like the smell because its very soothing. Only 2-3 drops is required for the entire face. I usually rubbed it gentle in my palms before applying it to my face. I apply slightly more on my cheeks where I tend to get dry and rub the remainder on the rest of my face and neck. I usually apply my moisturiser on after I apply this product. I used this product every evening for just over a week before I noticed any difference. The first week I used the skin on my cheek was still dry. After a week, the dry patch disappeared completely and I noticed that my pores are slightly less visible as well. Now that I've stopped applying it for the last few days, the dry patch is back. But luckily my skin didn't break out at all. I "press" this into my skin in the morning after cleansing and before moisturiser. They say you need two drops and that really is all you need. The product warms up in your hands and then sinks quite nicely into your facial skin once applied. It has a strong fragrance, but it's very pretty and refreshing. Just the thing to wake you up in the morning. I love how radiant my skin looks after using this oil. It has immediate effects and your skin has an instant glow to it. My makeup even looks better when it's applied over this. Gives you that slightly dewy look. Also after continuous use I feel my skin is softer and more supple. As much as I really enjoy using this deluxe product I don't quite know if I work fork out that amount of money for it. The oil has a strong floral fragrance that might not agree with everyone. The smell that stands out the most to me is the parsley oil more than the Neroli citrus scent. I tried using the oil in the day but found it too heavy for my combination skin when used under my moisturizer and sunscreen. I then tried it at night which works much better for me. My skin feels amazing in the morning and has a little extra radiance to it.
