Agnes introduced herself as my therapist and invited me to fill in a profile form to determine my skin concerns. She then felt my skin with her thumbs & fingers (See pictures http://beyond35.co.za/) talking me through the process. It took around five minutes after which she filled in my ‘skin health prescription’ while being attentive to my questions & providing me with more advice for my dehydrated skin.
