The lotion itself has a pleasant smell and is of average thickness. At first I applied it all over but afterwards I mainly applied on my upper thighs and sometimes my stomach. I agree that the firming affect is definitely not in your face, it is there but very subtle. I think you may also have better results if your skin has some firmness to begin with. The affects do not seem to be permanent either. The 24 hours thing, well I don’t think the results were noticeable after 24 hours.
