Dove calls it "Weightless" because your hair won't fall flat from all the nourishment and treatment it receives from both the shampoo and conditioner. Wash as normal your hair and rinse, then I recommend to leave the conditioner on for 2-5min and rinse again.
Even though the main ingredients are oily, your hair won't look oily at all so it is safe to use this everyday without looking like you haven't washed in weeks. I do however recommend to not touch your hair (THIS WILL BE VERY HARD, BECAUSE YOUR HAIR WILL BE SOFTER THAN SILK HAHA) all the time or run your fingers through it, because then it might look a little bit oily.
Just to add : I loooove the smell of this product!! I think Dove should bring out a perfume!!!!
