They are 100% cruelty-free, have incredibly soft bristles made of synthetic taklon and have handles made of bamboo and recycled aluminium ferrules. This 6 piece set contains all the brushes you will need to create any eye look. I know that most people consider this set best for makeup beginners but I've been using makeup for about 14 years and tried many different brushes. I love these brushes and what's really cute is that they are so small and easy to travel with and they also have their intended purpose inscribed on the bamboo handle. So these brushes are really soft, but they also do the job in my opinion. My faves are the blend brush and angled crease brush. These brushes put enough shadow on the lid and they blend really well.
