It was green n silver and ofcourse purple that really got me hooked! At that time I had noo idea what it was until my mum actually took it out of the packaging and showed it to me.. It was a nail lacquer in purple!! Its a duo so it was the purple ( which is named purple orchid ) and the other side was a clear top coat.. I really love how the colour is! One apply of coat is enough , but it does take quite some time to dry compare to other nail lacquers - but that's okay!:) .. I used the Nail Lacquer Duo called Purple Orchid. It’s a beautiful pastel looking purple that is perfect for a neat and subtle colour. It has normal consistency and the brush is just like any other nail polish applicator. It’s easy to apply and dries within 30 seconds. Quick drying nail lacquer is always a triple plus for me. I had to apply two coats to get the coverage I wanted, but you can apply a single coat is you want a lighter colour. I then applied the clear top coat and this gave the colour a super glossy finish. This also dried quickly…within a minute or so. The chipping did start a couple of days later though - But this maybe because I did the dishes with no gloves on. This is a lovely nail lacquer in terms of colour and the overall New York in bloom theme, but in terms of long lasting chip resistance, it does not last more than two days in my experience. ]]> Fri, 13 Sep 2013 13:55:48 +0000
