It goes on smooth, is easy to hold up and I don't have to reapply it 17 times before it can look black. It is awesome and it has become my best friend of all my eyeliners and there are a lot of them, believe me. I can't seem to find fault with this one and I would totally recommend it to everyone who loves a black cat eye and winged liner. The firm tip ensures that your wing doesn't look like it was drawn with a blunt crayon roll up. Also, it's pretty cheap and that is always a plus when you're on a budget. I purchased this eyeliner way back when I was learning and experimenting with liquid and pen eyeliners. Being a jumbo pen,it makes it easier to control the pen and get a perfect well defined line, I especially love the felt tip because it gives you full control, allows a liquid eyeliner look, without the mess or fuss. I'd suggest using the pen with no eye shadow under to get a clear, pure blank line, else the eyeliner mixes a little with the shadow, giving you a "chalky" eyeliner look. Otherwise, this is the ultimate affordable eyeliner for the perfect look, especially if you're in for the dramatic look. So friend gives me this baby, and I was skeptic thinking that it's probably those smudging jumbo eyeliners. Boooy wasn't I in for a surprise. I fell in love with this liner the firest time I started lining. It's neat, the tip is not too hard so it's good for the eye skin, it doesn't smudge, it's easy to fix, if you line the wrong way. I was never a huge liquid khoki eyeliner fan but I decided to put that behind me and try it. If you have eye shadow on, you don't get a clear line, you get a faded gray smudged line. Thats not good if you are looking for the darker smokey eye effect. also once you do eventually get a nice clear black line it only last for about two hours and its faded again. Only after using it on a few occasions did it start working nicely and the line became clearer on the eye and lasting longer. It's literally like a thin black marker for your eyes. You can go really big and bold, or opt for fine and precise with this pen. It also stays pretty well. Not sure if it's waterproof though, but do be careful not to make mistakes, because it dries pretty fast. It is in a khoki-pen form and it only comes in one colour - Black. It is perfect for an everyday subtle look or a more dramatic cat eye.
