I have "01 nothing else metals" and "02 steel me". I really liked these colors and they have a nice shimmer to them. This range is called Metallics and the colors are meant to be metallic colors with a metallic look. These eye shadows are not very pigmented, but they give off more than enough color to build with. They have quite a bit of shimmer and shine. I don't necessarily think they have a 'metallic' look, but they still have a very pretty shiny look that works very well for the evening. There are 4very nice varying shades in each palette which works well for creating a lighter, more subtle look or a dark and smokey look. These shadows glide on fairly easily and don't crease on me at all. There lasting power is also not too bad. They have lasted on me for a whole afternoon/evening and I only noticed a bit of fading. But there was no smudging at all. However when you apply these eye shadows there is a bit of fallout if you don't shake off excess product. The gel liner that comes with these palettes aren't too bad, and to be honest they are the first gel liners I have tried, so I don’t really have a comparison. They seem to apply smooth enough and on me they didn’t move or slide off at all. I like these shadows a lot and I will probably go out and get the 3rd one as well. ]]> Sun, 10 Jul 2011 20:12:44 +0000
