My bottle was the shimmery version. I have seen a matte one on the shelves under the same name. You can tell the difference by the bottle cap which reflects the same colour as the polish. This shade is very classic. It is a medium red infused with shimmer - not too bright, not too dark. The quality is great - it is full opaque in 2 coats and is not streaky at all. The square brush is easy and nice to use. Obviously 1 second drying time is way too ambitious for any brand. I didn't find that it dried any faster than any standard range. I recommend this polish.
