In the bottle it looks milky but on the nails it comes out pretty much see-through with just a hint of milky pink/beige. It is not at all streaky and goes on very smoothly. It has a jelly consistency which I love because it smoothes out the surface of the nail to create that coveted glass reflection. The gloss is amazing but without top coat I found it wore off on the second day or so... I love the synthetic/silicone brush. It is just the perfect thickness and can scoop up loads of polish for a thick coat (I found that sheers look best when applied thickly). The polish is not fast drying on its own but adding a nice top coat sure helps. I recommend this to people who are very conservative. It is just a bit more oomph that your see-through polish but is still super easy to apply. It also works great for a French mani. However if your nails are stained this might not work for you as it offers no coverage.
