I am a massive fan of Essence and their eyeshadow palettes are a big reason for that. The palette is great for building a blended rose eyeshadow and I find myself reaching for this set quite often, both for day and night looks. The lighter shades do require an extra stroke or two to show the colour, but that is expected for lighter shades. I like that some of the darker colours are shimmery which is great for the evening. The palette itself fits in my make-up bag so I can carry it with me which is really convenient. I also love that I'm not left with a fine powder on my eyelashes or on my cheeks after applying, the product is fuss-free. Overall, very happy with the product
