It comes in the same packaging that all nail polishes have and has a normal applicator. It also have a great consistency that isn't too runny or too thick, but is just perfect. When I applied the first coat, it was totally dry within 30 seconds! I could go straight to my second coat. And once again, it was totally dry in 30 seconds. After just two coats, I had a solid and beautiful fuchsia colour that is very vibrant. The glitter is present, but not overwhelmingly so. This makes it, in my books, perfect. The little ''jewels'' are almost invisible but give a ''glow from within''.
