It has a semi matte finish as opposed to the Even and Matte variant of this moisturizer which is for oily skin. It provides sufficient mattifying for my oily T-panel without leaving my cheeks dry or flaky. It absorbs well but be aware that if you apply too much it will give your face a slight white cast due to the SPF. It says on the box that it can be used at night but I would not recommend doing that if you have sensitive skin as the SPF can clog pores at night. I'm not sure if my skin is more even but it is definitely softer and I love the lemony fragrance. It retails for R40 which makes it really affordable.
