It rolls on and the cooling sensation if the ball on skin is soothing! Distribution if the product is a bit dodgy! Too little or too much with a hard squeeze! Had fine illuminating particles and does appear to blur lines! Sadly for me it's the wrong shade and seems to make my dark circles appear worse!
