This is exactly what happened when I used this toner, and it ended up in the shadow of my beauty cabinet :/ That was until I reached for it when my acne started flaring up again and I was desperate. It still causes my skin to become very sensitive but it has completely calmed down my pimples and blemishes. I can really see a difference. My complexion is bright and clear. I completely hate the strong chemical smell which burns my eyes even though I am not applying it anywhere near that area. It states on the bottle not recommended for dry or sensitive skin and I found it too harsh on my face. On application I got an overpowering ethanol smell which put me off.
