We had the treatment done at Le Fish Spa in Blouberg, very far from where I stay, but O so worth the trip! These weird looking fish worked wonders on my feet :) I placed my feet in a tank filled with look warm water and as soon as my feet entered the water, these little finished literally attacked, and the only way I can describe the feeling is extremely ticklish! It takes some time getting use to it but once you do it feels very pleasant! After about 20minutes in the tank, I removed my feet and proceeded with the pedi. My feet where so soft and smooth with no dry skin in sight. I could only concluded that going for a session of Dr Fish Nibbles is just as effective, if not more, than an exfoliation scrub as they eat all the dead skin cells from your feet. Its really an experience that I would highly recommend.
