It does not create lumps and it great for sensitive eyes as it does not irritate the eye. The packaging is lovely and shiny, funnily enough that actually matters to me. It seperates my lashes and doesn't clump like most mascaras do. You can pack it on and it still won't clump. The strong black pigments 2. The thick consistency of the liquid 3. The shape of the applicator brush 4. The length and structure of the bristles. My eyelashes were extremely black and long and exceptionally separated. In fact, I have never used a brush that separates eyelashes to this extent!
