This was my first sort of color correcting compact so was new to the whole concept. The guide is on the box, but once i lost my box, i forgot which color goes where - so some instruction at the back of the compact would have been great. A mirror definitely would have been nice. But it just doesn’t do what it promised. Granted, I have some serious dark circles! The formulation is just not thick enough to really have an impact. It does work better if applied over your foundation though. My favourite of the four, is the lilac corrector as I found that it did help to brighten my skin. If you don’t have any major skin issues/flaws that you would like to correct /conceal, you can give this palette a try. Two draw-backs are that the correctors dont last all day and that the compact is missing a mirror, so it makes touch ups a bit clonky if you dont have access to a mirror.
