I was lucky enough to be chosen to review this range (thanks BB!). I hadn't heard of John Frieda before Beauty Bulletin, nor had I seen it on the shelves, so chances are I wouldn't have tried it otherwise. I didn't know anything about it or what to expect.
The mousse was fabulous. I love mousse in summer because I always go to sleep with my hair in braids then when I wake up, i apply mouse and they stay nice and curly all day. This product also smelled really great, which I believe is a very important element in mousse as you can usually smell it all day.
I tried something different with this one too, I was going to a red carpet event, and I wanted my hair ultra straight. I basically washed it, then put about a handful of mousse in it and then blowdried it as usual. I then used my straightener to straighten it. It wasn't sticky and it helped keep the straightness in place for hours and long enough to keep my hair shiny and straight for the full event. Great product.
