I usually use it right after I cleanse my face as cleanser don't always remove all my makeup and dirt in my pores , it's so shocking that I actually see all the dirt that never got cleaned. I did find that it was abit strong on my skin not as alcohol free as it claims to be. Pretty pink packaging and very affordable. I love toners and this was one is no different. It feels very refreshing and clean on your skin. It really does a great job of removing last traces of makeup. I love that it's alcohol-free and suitable for all skin types. It's very gentle on your skin and not drying at all. I'm even using this on my eye area to remove eye makeup, which is very convenient. I do have a bottle of organic toner, though, that I use as a refresher on hot days. It’s interesting that the bottle states it’s alcohol-free, but for those who didn’t know “Propylene Glycol” (8th ingredient on the list) is also an alcohol. There are quite a few nasties in, which I wouldn’t want to use on my face. But, if you do not use green/organic, this would be a great product. This toner is friendly to any skin type (i made all my friends test it out too!), and is so so gentle. The one thing i love about this toner is that it doesn't dry my skin out. I have an oily skin, and have had bad experiences with toners that have left my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable. After application of this product, my skin feels soft and 'refreshed' (as claimed on the bottle - too true!). You really dont need to use a lot of product to get results, a little goes a long way. The scent of toners usually bothers me - probably the result od alcohol - however with this product, the scent is very light and mild (alcohol-free). Maryanne is spot on with the multi-tasking advantages of this toner, we're all so busy these days that we don't have time to spend an hour in the bathroom every morning and night with countless products. I will keep using this toner and will keep buying it, simply because it works, it's available and it's affordable!
