This stuff is definitely like liquid gold! I use it on my hair and my daughter's and the results are amazing. My daughter has long thick, frizzy hair and the Joico just makes her hair shiny and sleek. I don't like to ever flat iron her hair as she is only 6, but with Joico, there really isn't a need. To my hair this is like liquid gold. I was introduced to this shampoo in The Test Box earlier this year. It is made for hair that is seriously damaged . Any my hair WAS so damaged, until my hair and this shampoo met and fell in love. And I am still experiencing a happy ever after with my hair.
