I started using it last month as I do tend to get dry cracked lips with the change of season and when the Cape Town South Easter gusts its way I get windburn lips. This goodie came to my rescue at just the right time. I agree with Maryanne that initially it can be a bit hard but when you using it regularly then it gets easier to dispense. Its very convienient to carry around in your makeup bag/handbag and its very small and compact. It kinda looks like the Elizabeth Arden 8 hour Cream lip balm but cheaper I guess.
