I've never used a lip liner that has such a soft and silky feeling. I don't line my lips often but I have used a lot of liners over the years and this is by far the best one yet . It can be used on its own because of how it glides on like a lipstick would. I love the color, which is an intense plum and so richly pigmented. I use it on its own because the color is so rich. It lasts the entire day so I don't need to touch up. I've also tested it along with my fave lipstick and it's equally complimenting. Some would prefer that it be a retractable liner but I don't mind that it is not, to me a quality lip liner is a quality lip liner ,regardless!
