This shampoo is very gentle on your hair. It doesn't strip your hair of it's natural oils and it leaves your hair feeling fresh and clean. Depending on your hair type, you may even get away with only using the shampoo (no need to use conditioner)
I did not feel that this shampoo made my hair "heavy" and it left my hair smelling lovely. Simply put, this is a great shampoo that does what it is supposed to do!
